Aspen Summit Early Registration Extended
Through July 13th

WASHINGTON D.C. - The Progress & Freedom Foundation (PFF) is pleased to announce an extension of the early registration discount for the 13th Annual Aspen Summit, to be held August 19th - August 21st. The deadline, originally set for June 30th, has been extended through Friday, July 13th, to accommodate the 4th of July holiday and allow participants to take advantage of the lower rate.

This year's Summit theme, "Making Markets - Critical Information Policy Choices," reflects the challenges, opportunities, and risks facing the information sector in a climate of rapidly evolving markets and business models. Participants from government, academia, and industry will cover a wide range of topics, including telecommunications and media policy, protection of digital content, patent reform, and antitrust policy.

Confirmed speakers include prominent leaders from Comcast, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, Harvard University, Microsoft, Skype, Stanford University, Tivo, and Verizon.

As in the past, The Progress & Freedom Foundation offers a variety of registration options. In addition to the discounted registration fee for early registration, PFF also provides lower rates to attendees from charities or government sectors. Reservations will be accepted by fax, phone, mail, or the PFF website.

Further details about the 2007 PFF Aspen Summit at the St. Regis Hotel in Aspen, Colorado can be found on our web site and registration can be performed online. Members of the media will have their registration fees waived and should contact Tori Katz for more information at tkatz@abelcommunications.net or (410) 466-0049.
