PFF Luncheon to Feature Comcast CEO Roberts
CEO Luncheon, Scheduled for June 6th, to Include Media Analysts

WASHINGTON D.C. - Brian L. Roberts, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Comcast Corporation, will speak at The Progress & Freedom Foundation's next CEO Luncheon, scheduled for June 6th at the Capitol Hilton in Washington, D.C . Roberts' remarks will focus on issues concerning competition and convergence in communications, including recent legislative reform efforts. The luncheon address will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Roberts and several distinguished media industry analysts.

Roberts is Chairman and CEO of Comcast Corporation, a Fortune 100 company serving 21.7 million customers, including 10.2 million digital cable, 9 million high-speed internet and 1.5 million voice subscribers). Under Roberts' leadership, the corporation has grown into a $22.3 billion revenue business with 80,000 employees. In addition to being a leading provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services, Comcast also owns or invests in a variety of content offerings, including E! Entertainment Television, Style Network, OLN, TV One, PBS KIDS Sprout, AZN Television, and Comcast SportsNet. In addition to his leadership role at Comcast Corporation, Roberts is currently serving his second consecutive term as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA). He previously served as NCTA Chairman during the passage of the 1996 Telecommunications Act. Roberts has twice served as Chairman of CableLabs, a research and development consortium, and is a current board member of The Bank of New York.

Following Roberts' address, media industry financial analysts will engage Roberts in a question and answer session that will further address competition and convergence in communications. Panelists scheduled to appear include Aryeh B. Bourkoff, Managing Director of Media/ Communications/ Entertainment Equity & Fixed Income Research at UBS Investment Research; Blair Levin, Managing Director, Legg Mason; and Craig E. Moffett, Vice President and Senior Analyst, U.S. Cable and Satellite Broadcasting at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co.

The event will be held June 6th, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm in the Capitol Hilton's South American Room, located at 1001 16th Street, NW in Washington, D.C.
