- Thierer Featured Speaker at Upcoming Conferences
Adam Thierer, Senior Fellow and Director of the Center for Digital Media Freedom, will be a featured speaker at two upcoming events this month. On March 15th, Thierer will be debating First Amendment issues at "Content Abundance in a Multimedia World: Challenges and Opportunities for Multi-Platform Content Delivery and Regulation," an event hosted by the Journal of Communications Law and Policy and the Institute for Communications Law Studies at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Later this month, Thierer will also be a speaker at the annual trade show CTIA Wireless 2007.
- Ross to Speak on Copyright, Media at Two Spring Conferences
PFF Senior Fellow Patrick Ross is scheduled to speak at two upcoming conferences this month. At the South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Conference on March 16th, Ross will be speaking about artists rights on the panel, "Can Art Survive Google?" On March 19th at the Spring 2007 VON Policy Summit, Ross will speak about the changing media environment for media companies on the panel, "Erupting from Within/Disrupting from Without."
