Caprio Participates in US Chamber Privacy Event
On December 5th, PFF President Dan Caprio participated in the US Chamber of Commerce event "Minding Your Business: The Future of Privacy." Caprio moderated the discussion panel, "Tools of the Trade: A Technological Approach to Privacy." More information is available on the US Chamber of Commerce website.
- Thierer Appearance on C-SPAN Series
On November 25th, Adam Thierer was a guest on the series, "Communicators," a half-hour interview show broadcast on C-SPAN. A webcast of the show, in which Thierer discusses FCC reform, media ownership and video broadband competition, is available on the C-SPAN website.
- Wallsten Speaks at Phoenix Center's Annual Telecom Event
New PFF Fellow Scott Wallsten participated in the December 6th Phoenix Center 2006 Annual U.S. Telecoms Symposium, "Beyond Rhetoric: The Broadband Policy Debate Comes of Age." Wallsten spoke on the "Economists Panel: Net Neutrality and Industry Structure." More information can be found on the Phoenix Center website.
