- IPCentral Fellows to Defend Property Rights at Conference Today
Solveig Singleton, Patrick Ross and Jim DeLong will be participating in three separete panel discussions this morning at "Copyright Controversies Freedom, Property, Content Creation, and the DMCA," a conference sponsored by the CATO Institute. For more information, please visit the CATO website.
- Lenard to Speak at Broadband Policy Summit
Tom Lenard, PFF's Senior Fellow and Vice President for Research, will be a featured speaker at "The 2nd Annual Broadband Policy Summit 2006: Charting the Road Ahead," scheduled for May 9th and 10th. The conference, hosted by Pike & Fischer and BNA, is a two day event convened to foster dialogue and debate on communications policy issues. Lenard will be a speaker on the "Net Neutrality" panel. - DeLong to Address Open Source at Policy Conference
Jim DeLong, PFF's Senior Fellow and Director of the Center for the Study of Digital Property (IPCentral), will speak on issues surrounding open source and open content at the "Educause Policy Conference 2006: Technology Policy for a Flattening World." Jim will be participating on the panel "Open Source and Open Content Around the Country and Around the World." More information can be found on the EDUCAUSE website.
- PFF Digital Americas 2006 a Success
