- May to Participate in Pulver IP Summit
Randolph May, PFF Senior Fellow and Director of Communications Policy Studies, is scheduled to speak at Pulver's IP Based Communications Summit, "Peripheral Visionaries" on November 10th. May will be participating in the panel titled "The Hierophant (Bloggers)," where he will speak about the intersection of technology and policy.
- May Panelist in CEI Telecom Luncheon
Randolph May participated in a Congressional Seminar hosted by the Competitive Enterprise Institute. Panelists at the event, "Tailoring Telecommunications Reform -- Charting a Path for Deregulation," discussed the current regulatory reach of the FCC and whether the Commission is still needed to oversee the communications industry.
