The Progress & Freedom Foundation and the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) co-hosted a full day conference on Thursday, February 22nd in Brussels, Belgium to explore communications public policy concerns facing Europe and the U.S. "The Future of Communications Services in Europe and the United States: The Role of Regulation and Markets in a Converged World," assembling policymakers, academics and industry representatives to discuss and debate policy best practices to ensure competition and investment in today's communications industry.
