As in the past, The Progress & Freedom Foundation offers a variety of registration options. In addition to a discounted registration fee for early registration, PFF also provides lower rates to attendees from charities or government sectors. Reservations will be accepted by fax, phone, mail, or the PFF website.

Note:

Registration for Aspen Summit 2008 is not confirmed until the appropriate fee is received. Any fee can be paid by PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, check, or money order.

Conference Location and Date:

Aspen Summit 2008 will be held August 17-19, 2008 at the St. Regis Aspen in Aspen, Colorado.

Accommodations:

PFF has made arrangements with The St. Regis Hotel but space is limited.

Contact reservations at the St. Regis at (970) 920-3300. The group rate expires on July 16th. After this date, the group rate will only be honored subject to availability by calling Sara Dubow, Group Reservations Coordinator at 970-429-7360. Central Reservations at Starwood Hotels and Resorts will NOT honor the group rate after July 16th.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received prior to August 1st to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation of air travel and accommodations is the responsibility of the attendee. Note that cancellation policies may vary.
